On 6 and 7 November 2019, there were news reports of Produce48 PD admitting to ranks manipulation. IZ*ONE Korean comeback is postponed and IZ*ONE schedules were halted temporarily. Soompi Article

Petitions were sent to KBS Music Bank expression objections to let IZ*ONE perform on Music Bank. On 20 February 2020, Music Bank released a statement on their stance to let IZ*ONE appear on the show. IZ*ONE appeared on the show on 21 Feb eventually. Soompi Article

As IZ*ONE’s fate looms in the air, WIZ*ONEs came together in support of IZ*ONE, who are also deemed to be victims of the show.

IZ*ONE Private Mail resumed on 14 February 2020.

IZ*ONE officially returned on 17 February and performed on Mcountdown as their first live stage on 20 February. However, Korea was battling COVID-19, a contagious virus that was spreading rapidly in Korea. IZ*ONE promoted on music shows for 3 weeks, without live audience.

BLOOM*IZ promotions officially ended on 8 March (last stage on Inkigayo).
